1. They haven’t actually apologised for anything. She’s pre-emptively rejecting an apology that they have no intention of giving.
2. Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson are extremely well-liked. A lot of people are more attached to them in their roles as they are to the actual characters in the books.
What does JK Rowling gain by coming out with this?
It makes me so happy seeing just how miserable she really feels. She wants everyone to think she doesn't care, when it's so obvious she does. She 100% knows she will die alone and unloved. And she has no one to blame but herself. May she drown in her own tears, knowing just how much blood is on her hands. None if it comes close to the amount of pain she has inflicted on the world.
